What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns, including Form 1120, 1065, 941, NYS‑45, and 1040.
• Prepare and maintain tax workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Organize, categorize, and reconcile source documents provided by clients.
• Draft complete tax returns for senior review and finalize corrections.
• Communicate with clients regarding missing information and tax‑related questions.
• Assist with basic tax research as needed.
• Support multi‑state filings, especially NYS, when applicable.

 Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years experience preparing U.S. individual and business tax returns (Form 1120, 1065, 941, NYS‑45, and 1040.)
• Proficiency in Lacerte tax software; strong understanding of federal tax rules and state filing requirements.
• Ability to prepare accurate tax returns, maintain documentation, process workpapers, and reconcile client data; familiarity with sales tax or payroll tax is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines; strong communication skills for client interaction.
