Web Marketing Administrator-Designer (UI/UX)

We are looking for a Web Marketing Administrator-Designer to manage full website administration, perform CMS updates, support ecommerce operations, and enhance UI/UX across key pages. You will monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, create layouts and landing pages, maintain content, support CRO initiatives, analyze GA4 behavior, and coordinate with developers and teams for continuous website improvement.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Oversee full website operations including updates, maintenance, uptime monitoring, site functionality, and security checks.
  • Perform routine CMS updates using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or equivalent platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot website errors, broken links, layout issues, script conflicts, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical fixes, enhancements, and complex troubleshooting.
  • Ensure website speed, responsiveness, cross‑browser compatibility, and mobile usability.
  • Design and manage landing pages, layouts, UI components, and user flows to improve experience.
  • Conduct basic UX research and apply user‑behavior insights.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and visual concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across visuals, typography, animations, and interactions.
  • Manage ecommerce operations including product listings, categories, pricing, variations, merchandising, and content optimization.
  • Ensure accuracy of PDPs, images, descriptions, and SEO compliance.
  • Oversee checkout flow, product discovery, navigation, and user journey improvements.
  • Maintain website content, including banners, homepages, product content, blogs, FAQs, and resource pages.
  • Create or update blog posts, case studies, and ecommerce content aligned with SEO and brand guidelines.
  • Support email marketing by preparing landing pages and uploading assets.
  • Implement CRO improvements—layouts, CTAs, A/B tests, UX enhancements.
  • Monitor GA4 analytics for traffic, behavior, engagement, and conversions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance website performance.
  • Ensure proper tracking of ecommerce events and user interaction metrics.
  • Monitor website inquiry forms and route emails appropriately.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years experience managing live business websites and ecommerce operations.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage website updates, maintenance, uptime monitoring, troubleshooting, and developer coordination.
  • Experience in ecommerce website management, including product listings, PDP accuracy, pricing, and navigation.
  • Ability to design and improve landing pages, UI components, layouts, and user flows.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar for mockups and visual concepts.
  • Experience using GA4 and analytics tools for monitoring behavior, engagement, and conversions.
  • Experience supporting CRO, CTA improvements, UX enhancements, and A/B tests.
  • Ability to manage multiple website tasks independently as a one‑person web function.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self‑managed, and disciplined in execution.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with developers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
